Reiki is a Japanese healing technique used for energy balancing, stress reduction, relaxation, meditation that also promotes healing. The sessions begins with the guidelines / intention setting and is followed by 15 min of integration (feedback, intuitive reading, guidance). The treatment consists of Breath-work, full Reiki body scan, Reiki Healing, Chakra balancing, Aromatherapy (essential oils &/or smudging), Crystal Tuning, Sound/Vibration Tuning forks, and/or other sound-healing instruments. Tools used in a Reiki session may vary as every treatments is different and is tailored to the needs and preferences of each client.
